Why Sales?
I’m drawn to sales because it allows me to help others find solutions and make them feel truly heard. Each situation requires a unique approach, which keeps me engaged and constantly learning how to overcome obstacles and meet needs in effective ways. The relationship-building aspect is especially rewarding, as it’s about creating trust and connecting with people. I like that sales isn’t routine; every day presents new challenges and opportunities to learn, grow, and make a real impact.

“It was a pleasure to work with Ashley during her time at The Pointe at Central. Over the course of a little more than a year, Ashley distinguished herself as a consummate professional whose talents and attitude left a lasting impression on our team. She consistently demonstrated exceptional time management skills, balancing responsibilities while delivering high-quality results, and her superior work ethic and commitment to excellence were evident in every project she undertook. What truly set Ashley apart was her interpersonal skills and ability to foster a strong team mentality at work—qualities that won’t soon be forgotten. Her dedication to growth and creativity was equally inspiring; she approached her work with curiosity and purpose, constantly seeking to improve her marketing skills and expand her expertise. Her innovative thinking and passion for unique, impactful results elevated our team’s success and set a high standard of excellence. I am confident that I will see Ashley working with and alongside some of the most elite in the workplace as she grows and thrives in her career.”

“Ashley has been an exceptional intern, demonstrating a strong work ethic, adaptability, and eagerness to learn. She’s shown herself to be extremely self-starting, consistently taking initiative on projects and proactively seeking feedback to ensure she is on the right track. Ashley has stepped into leading the Universal Orlando Resort Operational Execution Scrum Team, which touches all aspects of the business and is highly visible. Her ability to manage the day-to-day Scrum Master operations of VelociPod has allowed me, as her manager, to step back and focus on other responsibilities—a tremendous help!!! Her positive attitude, attention to detail, and leadership skills make her a standout pick and I am confident she will continue to succeed in whatever her future holds!”

“Ashley Smith is the example of what we should strive to be when faced with adversity. She does not let negative external factors impact her goals, if anything – she channels them into positivity and the outcomes are easily observed when looking at what she has accomplished in a relatively short time-frame; two degrees (almost), multiple internships, and a very active student life. I met Ashley through a close friend of mine, and was able to witness her journey from high-school student to what now appears to be her final months at university. I am beyond excited for her future, I believe her future employers and peers are going to be lucky to work with her and watch her develop further.”
“Success doesn’t come from what you do occasionally. It comes from what you do consistently.”
